Getting ready for your braids

Your hair should be at least 4 inches long. Please arrive with your hair washed, detangled and blow-dried. Prefer to leave the wash and blow-dry to us? Simply select that add-on when booking.

Arriving for your appointment

We offer a 10-minute grace period with no late fee. From the 11th minute, a $10 late fee applies, increasing by $1 for each additional minute up to 30 minutes.

• 11 minutes late: $10
• 15 minutes late: $14
• 20 minutes late: $19
• 30 minutes late: $29

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment. If we can still welcome you, we may need to adjust the length or braid size to fit the remaining time. The original price of your booked service will still apply.

To help us give every client the time and care they deserve, repeated lateness or missed appointments may lead to booking restrictions.

Prices and taxes

Displayed prices exclude tax. Taxes are added and charged at your appointment.

Making sure you love your service

Your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. Please share any concerns or requests with your stylist while you’re in the chair so we can make adjustments during your service. Adjustments can only be made during the appointment.

Our services are non-refundable. Once you leave the chair, your service is considered approved and accepted. Thank you for taking a moment to review these details—we can’t wait to see you!
