While completing my undergraduate studies in Montreal, I noticed a gap in the beauty industry. Finding a hairstylist who consistently delivered beautiful results, professional service, and a welcoming client experience wasn't always easy. I wanted to change that.

What started as a passion for hairstyling during my university years has grown into byBilngwe Beauty Bar, a Montreal hair salon built on quality, consistency, professionalism, and genuine care for every client who walks through our doors.

But byBilngwe is about more than great hairstyles.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to train and mentor other women, sharing the techniques, attention to detail, and service standards that our salon was built on. Through our growing team and byBilngwe Academy, we're creating opportunities for more women to develop their skills while delivering the quality experience our clients deserve.

And the learning never stops. I'm currently pursuing graduate studies in Marketing at McGill University, deepening my understanding of client needs, consumer behaviour, and how we can continue improving the services and experiences we offer.

Because to me, great hair is only one part of a great salon experience.
